Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque and Cash. Please note that all credit card deposits are processed immediately.

Deposits and Cancellations
At the time of booking, Sea Crest Suites will require a deposit, which is applied towards your accommodation costs. We strive to provide outstanding service, and as such, we are reasonable and more flexible than most with regards to changes in your accommodation requirements.

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are fully refundable until 30 days before arrival date, 50% refundable until 48 hours prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, deposits will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-booked. If re-booked, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Early Departure
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to rebook the unit, we will refund your deposit. If we are unable to rebook the unit, we will require payment for the days reserved in full.


  • Check in time is 3:00 pm, or by arrangement.
  • Check out time is 11:00 am, or by arrangement.

Sea Crest Suites is meant for you to enjoy with your whole family. Children are more than welcome. With three young boys themselves, Brian and Vera appreciate the importance of family getaways and can certainly assist you with any special needs or planning as required.

As a general rule of thumb, we do not allow pets.

Telecommunication & Internet Services
Each of the unit has a telephone for guests to use. There is no charge for local calls. We can also arrange fax services for you. To make long-distance calls, guests must use a calling card or place collect calls. Each unit has a high-speed wireless internet connection.

Cleaning services
Each suite is thoroughly cleaned between bookings, and we provide monthly cleaning service for our longer-term guests (Extra cleaning and housekeeping services are available upon request at a modest charge). As a guest, we ask that you ensure that the property and its contents are left as you found them. Sea Crest Suites reserves the right to charge for any additional cleaning or damage caused during your stay - minor accidental breakages (i.e. broken dish) will not be charged. Should you find your suite to be inadequately furnished in regards to standard items such as dishes, cutlery, etc, please bring it to our attention so it can be addressed immediately. Basic cleaning supplies are available in each unit. Additional cleaning and housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional fee.

Maintenance, garbage and snow removal
Sea Crest Suites provides all routine maintenance, grass cutting and snow removal. If you have any maintenance issues, please let us know and we will address them immediately. Longer-term guests will be advised of their specific garbage pick up day, and are asked to ensure the garbage/recycling gets to the appropriate bins.

Ample Off Street Parking is provided for our guests on site.

Sea Crest Suites does not accept liability for loss or damage to belongings or for any injury sustained while you are residing in one of our suites.

Sea Crest Suites is proud to provide a smoke-free environment. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. Additional charges will be applied for purification/cleaning if smoke odours or damage is sustained.
